A delicious (starter) dish
A unique, simple yet very tasty dish, which can easily be finished to your own taste.
Our tartare consists of grain-fed Australian beef, which is prepared with ginger, tabasco, chives and salt and pepper. Surrounding it is a layer of diamond tenderloin pickled in brown sugar and salt, which is then smoked.
The topping can vary, we used thinly sliced radish slices topped with a citrus gel, capucine leaf (nasturtium) and a marigold decoration.
And of course, don't forget a generous spoonful of Caviar Royale.
