Doyy Caviar is a delicacy that must be stored properly to preserve its taste and quality. The best temperature to store the caviar is just above freezing. However, many home refrigerators will be set to a temperature of 3-6 degrees. We therefore recommend storing the caviar at the lowest level in the refrigerator, where the temperature is the lowest.
You can place the caviar on the ice that we use with the shipment, at the bottom of your refrigerator. This helps to keep the temperature optimal. You can also put the caviar in the tempex box in its entirety, closed, with the ice in the refrigerator.
At the correct temperature, Doyy Caviar has a minimum shelf life until the best before date (+/- 50 days), indicated at the bottom of the tin. After opening, you should consume the caviar within 3-5 days.
