How do you eat caviar?

For example from hand. This way you can taste the caviar at its best. Caviar can of course be used in different dishes, but the taste buds are also influenced by the other ingredients.

If you really want to taste the caviar as it naturally is, eat it from the hand.

It is preferable to use a mother-of-pearl spoon, plastic is also possible. Absolutely do not use a metal spoon, as the metal directly affects the caviar and can destroy the taste.

Use the spoon to scoop the caviar out of the tin, starting at the edge of the tin and scooping inwards to avoid damaging the caviar. Place the caviar on your hand, and bring it to your mouth.

To taste the caviar optimally, press the caviar against the roof of your mouth with your tongue!

This causes the eggs to burst open, creating a true taste explosion in your mouth.
