Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped to you via DPD.

Orders placed before 13:00 will be dispatched the same day (on weekdays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Please ensure that you are available to receive your package. Orders that cannot be delivered to the specified address will be redirected to a DPD pickup point on the same day, and you can collect the package there on the same day.

Once the package is registered with the carrier, you will receive a track and trace link from us, allowing you to monitor the shipment and view the expected delivery time.

Doyy Caviar is not responsible for packages that are not received or not received on time on the specified delivery day/address, or for packages not picked up on time at the designated pickup points.

Our orders are carefully packaged, and to maintain optimal quality, they are sent to you chilled. After receiving the package, it is essential to refrigerate the caviar immediately. The best temperature for storing caviar is around freezing point. However, many household refrigerators are set to a temperature of 3-6 degrees.

Therefore, we recommend storing the caviar on the lowest level of the refrigerator, where the temperature is the lowest. You can place the caviar on the ice provided with the shipment, at the bottom of your refrigerator, to maintain the optimal temperature. Alternatively, you can place the entire Styrofoam box, closed, with the ice inside, in the refrigerator.

As caviar is a perishable product, unfortunately, returns are not possible. Perishable products are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal. Please consider this when placing your order.
