Refund policy

Perishable items cannot be returned (see our shipping conditions). If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

For all non-perishable items, you may file a complaint within 14 days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receiving the returned items, your purchase amount will be refunded to the provided bank account number within 5 business days.
