Doyy Beluga Royale is the ultimate caviar experience. This Beluga caviar comes from the very rare Huso Huso sturgeon and has a beautiful light pearl gray hue. It is a very slightly salty, creamy, soft caviar, with a long aromatic aftertaste. Beluga Royale has been specially selected and has a minimum diameter of approximately 3.5-4 mm.
A rare and precious taste
The Beluga caviar comes from the Huso Huso sturgeon, a sturgeon that can grow up to 6 meters long and weigh up to 2000 kg. The female Huso Huso only reaches maturity and is able to spawn after +/- 20 years, and does this on average once every 4 to 7 years. This makes Beluga caviar one of the most expensive types of caviar available.
A unique treatment for a unique taste
Due to the unique treatment of the caviar and the use of only natural products during harvesting and washing, the taste of this caviar comes into its own. The caviar is washed with a low amount of salt to preserve the natural taste.
